• Included with the core product and designed to provide labor tracking and management for technicians on the shop floor
• Technicians view and select their next assigned tasks from the Assigned Repairs screen, which can be sorted by attributes such as priority and promise date
• Once logged onto a repair, the technician’s time is being billed to the Work Order in real time at their fully burdened labor rate
• Technicians send parts requests directly from their work stations, improving productivity and efficiency
